The rental company is highly recommendable. Very good, contact with the owner via e-mail and WhatsApp at every stage of cooperation (reservation, rental and settlement of the deposit). We went by car across the Albania/Macedonia border. Tomi did not cause any problems and helped with the purchase of the "green card". No credit card required, just a debit card. Fairly and without any additional hidden costs, fuel surcharges, mileage surcharges, debit penalty surcharges. Dacia Stepway is probably the best car to explore Albania :)I also recommend it.
We enjoyed our holiday, the landlord is super friendly and everything was neatly arranged. We had the Opel Adam, a really good car!
It do not like having to give this company just 3 stars, because they treated us really well. The attention was very good, the staff very helpful and honest. In this field I would give them 5 stars. However, to be honest, some of the cars they rent are not in a very good state. We rented two cars. One small Opel Adam, which turned out to be very good and reliable, it had a lot of kilometers but worked really good; but the other car, a Nissan Micra was in a bad state to be rented: the tyres were too wore down, and the breaks of the car did not work good (we did not have any problems though). We booked with this company because it was one of the cheapest one which accepted debit cards for the deposit and we did not have a credit card, but if you do, we saw cheaper deals with the main international companies and they will probably give you better cars. If you do not have credit card and you are looking for something cheap, this company is a very good option. For the rest, the company worked really well, it was quick, easy and they returned the deposit early. The parking is a bit far from the terminal, but not too far to walk, and they charged us 5€ per car for washing, which we did not see unfair as we returned them quite dirty. They told us about their plans to buy new cars, expand and improve, so I hope the best for them.
They were very attentive, they answered all our questions without getting tired, the car was very nice and we had no problems. We visited 5 countries and all our documents were complete at the borders. We thank you for everything. We definitely recommend it, hope to see you again 🙏🏻☺️
