We had an excellent renting experience with Tomi. Communication was smooth and easy through WhatsApp and Tomi was helpful and quick with his replies. Even though the car we had booked was not available due to logistical issues, Tomi graciously gave us an upgrade to a slightly better car. His car was in great condition and lasted our cross border trip to North Macedonia. Best part: the prices were amazing and extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

Tomi is very responsive and very friendly! Possibility to pay in euros or lek on arrival! No need for a special card to pay. The car was perfect, we chose the Opel Adam, the trunk is small but enough for 2 people. The car took us everywhere in Albania, even when the roads are a little more difficult! We 100% recommend this rental! Thanks Tomi!

10 day rental done with Tomi. Everything went very well, from making contact to returning the vehicle. In addition, following a significant flight delay, we recovered the vehicle without any problems at 11 p.m. instead of 7:30 p.m. Deposit possible in cash or card. Vehicle conforms to the description. We traveled Albania from North to South without any problems (around 1200km)

The information on Carjet is false... It is specified on the site that a debit card is enough to pay the deposit and when arriving at the agency, you need a credit card or pay in CASH.
Very unpleasant staff, he tries to rip off tourists (to fill up, he gives us his price: 80 euros even though we were half full...)
Luckily they can deduct the fuel from the deposit but as luck would have it they don't have any change. When we specify that we do not agree, they magically find change...
Avoid it, my dear French speakers, I do not recommend it, I advise you to book directly at the airport without going through Carjet.

The rental company is highly recommendable. Very good, contact with the owner via e-mail and WhatsApp at every stage of cooperation (reservation, rental and settlement of the deposit). We went by car across the Albania/Macedonia border. Tomi did not cause any problems and helped with the purchase of the "green card". No credit card required, just a debit card. Fairly and without any additional hidden costs, fuel surcharges, mileage surcharges, debit penalty surcharges. Dacia Stepway is probably the best car to explore Albania 🙂

It do not like having to give this company just 3 stars, because they treated us really well. The attention was very good, the staff very helpful and honest. In this field I would give them 5 stars. However, to be honest, some of the cars they rent are not in a very good state. We rented two cars. One small Opel Adam, which turned out to be very good and reliable, it had a lot of kilometers but worked really good; but the other car, a Nissan Micra was in a bad state to be rented: the tyres were too wore down, and the breaks of the car did not work good (we did not have any problems though). We booked with this company because it was one of the cheapest one which accepted debit cards for the deposit and we did not have a credit card, but if you do, we saw cheaper deals with the main international companies and they will probably give you better cars. If you do not have credit card and you are looking for something cheap, this company is a very good option. For the rest, the company worked really well, it was quick, easy and they returned the deposit early. The parking is a bit far from the terminal, but not too far to walk, and they charged us 5€ per car for washing, which we did not see unfair as we returned them quite dirty. They told us about their plans to buy new cars, expand and improve, so I hope the best for them.
