Renter Requirements: All drivers must provide a valid driving license at the time of rental which has been held for at least 2 years. In addition to a valid driving license the primary renter must provide ID card or passport. Additional ID or further identification checks may be requested if deemed necessary.

The vehicle rented from MYCAR4YOU (the ‘Rented Vehicle’) should be returned no later than 30 minutes after expiry of the agreed rental term. If the Rented Vehicle is returned after this time, a further 1 day of rental will be charged.

Age Requirements: The minimum age to rent is 18 with the exception of Full Size Vans and Luxury SUVs. Please see young and old driver fee specifications below.
Minimum rental age without the young driver fee is 21 for all car groups, with the exception of Full Size Vans and Luxury SUVs which have a minimum rental age of 27. Maximum rental age without the old driver fee is 70 for all car groups. Young and Old Drivers Fees apply as follows.

18-20 3.00 EUR per day for all car groups except Full Size Vans and Luxury SUVs
21-26 3.00 EUR per day for Luxury SUVs.
70+ 3.00 EUR per day for all car groups.

Additional Driver: An additional driver fee of 3.50 EUR per day applies for each additional authorised driver. Full rental conditions apply to all additional drivers.
Cross Border Policy: Cross Border rentals are allowed within Kosovo, Monte Negro, North Macedonia, Greece, Croatia. Prior written authorisation is required and a Cross Border fee of 40.00 EUR will apply. This type of rental must be requested at least 7 working days prior to the pickup date. Please contact the reservations department at 355 695736300 for further information. The minimum time for the publication of a Green Card is 7 working days. The Green Card covers the rental vehicle with supplemental liability insurance – TPL – as long as the vehicle remains within the borders of the countries for which the card has been issued.
The fee for the Green Card cover is an additional 40.00 EUR (VAT included) per rental for all car groups.
Road assistance or Car replacement while driving abroad is not available.
CDW Collision Damage Waiver: IS AN PRODUCT THAT IS OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE INCLUDED IN MOST OF RATES.

Covers the Rented Vehicle’s liability, theft and fire with a deductible amount. The deductible amounts for each category are as follows: MCMR, MCAR, MDMR, MDAR, EBMR, EBAR, ECMR, ECAR, EDAR, EDMR, EDAR, EXAR, EXMR: deductible amount of 900 EURO. CDMR, CDAR, CFMR, CFAR deductible amount of 1100 EURO. IDMR, IDAR, SDMR, SDAR: deductible amount of 1300 EURO. FVMR, IVMR, IFMR, IFAR, FFAR: deductible amount of 1700 EURO. FVMR, FVAR, LFAR: deductible 3000 EUR.

SUPER COVERAGE SCDW: is an optional product that includes the Full Insurance FDW and in additional offers protection also for all the parts, inclusive tires & undercarriage. Reservations with SCDW have a 0€ Deposit, except VAN & Luxury SUVs category. Mandatory is also to show a credit/debit card at the desk. Note: SCDW is a product that is not applied for drivers under 21 years old.
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids: CDW & FDW Insurance does not cover: tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, wrong fuel, undercarriage damage, mechanical damage, or damage from dangerous substances.
CDW, FDW & SCDW Insurance will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol or speeding, unauthorised drivers, an unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, using for any purpose contrary Albanian law, racing or speed contest or competition, driving in violation of the Road Circulation Code, using the vehicle for hire, towing or pushing, filling wrong fuel, transporting heavy objects or baggage, Carriage of particularly dirty or foul-smelling materials that require additional  cleaning costs or damage or burn the interior, intentional damage, simple negligence, loss or damage caused by gross negligence or recklessness, involvement in the damage/theft of the vehicle, damage caused by ignoring a warning light, improper use of vehicle, mechanical damage, Clutch burnout (requiring persistent misuse), improper use of the handbrake, attaching unauthorised items on interior or exterior, damage to the rim driving with a flat tire, driving outside the asphalt road network, driving on a beach and damage caused thereby by salt water and/or sand, driving through flooded roads and resulting damage to the engine, misjudgment of the vehicle height, hitting a obstacle that is to low to drive under, damage caused by locking the keys in vehicle or losing the keys, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.
Supplementary Liability Protection: Third Party Insurance is required by law, free of charge and included in all rates.
Exclusive Policy: COST OF RENTAL INCLUDES UNLIMITED KM, CDW INSURANCE, THIRD PARTY INSURANCE.
After Hours Service: Our Staff will be manned to accommodate after hours Pick Ups and Returns. At the time of reservation the Airline Flight Number will be required. This Service is on Request and a minimum advance notice of 24 hours is required. Please Call Reservations at +355 695736300 for further information. There is a Fee of 20EUR for After Hours Service.
Delivery and Collection: Delivery and Collection is available during office hours up to 10 km of city limits  free of charge. For delivery and collection outside of the 10 km of city limits and up to a maximum of 10 km extra the renter will be charged 0.60 EUR per km in addition to the initial 15 EUR charge. The driver must be present to show their passport and confirm payment method. For Deliveries and/or collections outside office hours an additional charge of 20 EUR applies. Cancelation Policy: Five days  (5) prior the arrival the Reservation is possible be canceled without any penalty or consequences. After that period the 10% partial payment payed during the Reservation process is not refundable anymore.
Car Types: All vehicles included in our catalogues are illustrative only. Actual vehicles may vary and you may be provided with a similar model at MCY discretion.
One Way Drop Policy: All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it is collected from will be subject to a one way fee. The one way fee varies based on car category, location and pick up date. The exact amount of the one way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route and car category.
Refueling Service: Same to same. All vehicles are delivered with a specific tank of fuel defined on the Rental Agreement and must be returned in the same condition. In cases when the vehicle is returned with less than amount specified on contract; the difference will be charged according to the official rate of MCY. A fee for tank services at 2.00 EUR per litre inclusive of VAT also applies.
Forms of Payment: Cash, Visa and Master Card are accepted. A 10% Down Payment is required to be paid in Advance for the Reservation then the balance of the rental cost and a security deposit will be collected at the time of pickup.
For the Deposit is necessary to have a Credit or Debit Card on the name of the main driver.
Please note:
If using Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit you will be required to purchase additional coverage at pick-up. The Visa Credit, MasterCard Credit card must be valid for at least 1 months after drop-off.
The deposit will be released 7 – 30 days upon return of the vehicle.
Cash is accepted as the only forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products.

Roadside Protection 24/7: Roadside Assistance is free of charge within the territory of Albania as long as customer was not at fault or in breach of rental conditions. In the event the renter is at fault or in breach of rental conditions then fees will apply. This service is provided directly from our licensee partner. Roadside Assistance services include vehicle recovery, loss of keys and lockouts. 24/7 Roadside Assistance Tel Nr: +355 695736300. Loss of vehicle plates and vehicle documentation will result in a fee of 200.00 EUR inclusive of VAT.
